The Hebrew Homes Plaza Health Network, a not-for-profit 501( c )( 3 ) network, is a state-of-the art Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Network that includes 8 centers and 1 Assisted Living.  Located in neighborhoods throughout Miami-Dade County, each center serves the varied needs of the county's diverse population of seniors providing premium medical rehabilitation and support services.  Our Homes are Your Home.

The Network began in 1954 when a small group of Jewish women recognized the need for a convalescent center for Jewish elderly living on Miami Beach.  They raised the funds and bought the first Hebrew Home on South Beach.  Since then the Network has grown and prospered.
