The Aventura Plaza Rehabilitation & Nursing Center was built in 1977.  Located in the heart of North Miami Beach, central to both Jackson North Medical Center and Aventura Hospital and Medical Center.  Newly refurbished, this Center serves 86 residents.

  Aventura Plaza services include Rehabilitation Therapy and a Long Term Skilled Nursing and Restorative Care.  We provide 24 hour comprehensive nursing care 7 days a week.  Three Nutritious meals, served daily, are planned by a Registered dietician according to each resident's individual needs.  Our outstanding State-Of-The-Art Rehabilitation program includes Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy provided by licensed, certified highly qualified therapists with extensive experience treating the senior population.

Aventura Plaza has a home-like environment that allows residents to move throughout the center for activities, dining, visits with family members, and relaxing in the garden. Activities are scheduled daily for socialization, creativity, and intellectual stimulation. Transportation is available for doctor appointments, shopping and special outings at no cost to the resident.
